The website Vacante.cl (hereinafter “Vacante.cl”, the “Platform” or the “Site”) is operated by:
Jaeger Digital Labs
Switzerland
(hereinafter the “Operator”).
The Operator’s current contact details are published in the legal notice or contact section of Vacante.cl.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Vacante.cl by candidates, employers, companies, recruiters and other users of the Platform.
By accessing, registering for or using Vacante.cl, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If the user does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from using the Platform.
2. Nature of Vacante.cl
Vacante.cl is a technology platform that enables, among other features:

Unless Vacante.cl expressly states otherwise in relation to a specific service, the Operator acts exclusively as a provider of technological infrastructure.
Vacante.cl is not the employer of candidates, does not hire employees on behalf of companies, is not an employment agency or placement agency, does not act as representative, agent or labour intermediary for users, and is not a party to employment contracts entered into between users.
The Operator does not control or direct recruitment processes, interviews, contractual conditions, remuneration, hiring, dismissal or employment relationships between users.
Any employment, civil, commercial or other legal relationship arises exclusively between the users involved.
3. Registration and User Accounts
Certain features may require the creation of an account.
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information.
Each user is responsible for:
- keeping their information up to date;
- keeping their login credentials confidential;
- protecting their devices and accounts;
- all activities carried out through their account;
- informing the Operator if they become aware of unauthorized access.
Users may not create accounts using false identities, impersonate third parties, use third-party data without authorization or deliberately provide misleading information.
Vacante.cl may use automated or manual mechanisms to detect potentially fraudulent accounts.
The existence of an account, profile, company or listing on the Platform does not mean that Vacante.cl has verified, certified, recommended or endorsed that user.
4. Employer Obligations
Every employer, company, recruiter or person publishing a job vacancy is exclusively responsible for its content and legality.
The employer represents and warrants that:
- it has the capacity and authorization to publish the vacancy;

- it has all necessary rights to use business names, trademarks, photographs, logos and other published content;
- it will not use candidate data for purposes incompatible with the relevant recruitment process;
- it will not request information whose collection or disclosure is prohibited by applicable law;

- promote illegal activities or activities contrary to public policy;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- in the Operator’s reasonable opinion, be harmful to the security, integrity or reputation of the Platform or its users.
The Operator may remove, block, disable or restrict any content that it considers contrary to these Terms, applicable law, the legitimate interests of Vacante.cl or the safety of users.
The Operator’s right to remove content does not create a general obligation to monitor, investigate or review all content before publication.

Users must conduct their own checks before providing sensitive information, travelling, accepting an offer, signing documents, making payments or assuming financial or contractual obligations.
Vacante.cl does not guarantee that a job listing is suitable, safe, authentic or legitimate merely because it appears on the Platform.
8. Fraud and Third-Party Conduct
The Internet and employment platforms may be misused by third parties.
The Operator may take measures it considers reasonable to combat fraud and abuse, but cannot guarantee their complete elimination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by:
